Motivation Excellence, Inc. acquires incentive division of

Minneapolis-based Performark, Inc.  

Schaumburg, IL – March 30, 2006 – Motivation Excellence, Inc., an award-winning, Chicago-area performance improvement company, has acquired the incentive division of Performark, Inc., a Minneapolis-based service provider of customer relationship management services and performance improvement programs.  All Performark incentive accounts will now operate under the Motivation Excellence name. Performark’s Customer Relationship Management businesswas not impacted by this acquisition.  

The acquisition further strengthens the presence of Motivation Excellence in the marketplace, combining industry-leading performance improvement expertise to deliver added client value.
